Cougar Country Drive-In, which opened its doors in 1973, is a beloved restaurant in Pullman. Even with it being an off-campus establishment, the spirit of WSU still envelopes the environment. Students, parents, and all WSU family will eventually find themselves eating at this diner-vibe restaurant. During the 2021-22 school year, Cougar Country embraced the WSU spirit even more by placing a location inside the CUB, a major gathering spot for students on the WSU Pullman campus. Both locations feature hues of crimson and gray, WSU posters and memorabilia, cougar heads and always smiling faces of Pullman residents and visitors. These photos are meant to capture the fact that the love of WSU radiates throughout all of Pullman and is not only present on campus.
