In my 22 years of education I’ve never really had a career that I had envisioned myself in. I had figured that I’ll just do something in business or more recently advertising, because I felt like they would be the most financially dependable. I realized that I have no idea if those we’re actually the careers that I would be satisfied with. On a whim this semester I decided to get more involved with extracurricular. I decided to join the Evergreen after two of the news editors came into this class and my ComJour 333 class. I figured I’d give it a try and ended up finding something that I’m truly passionate about. I hope this essay will help serve others to find their true passion.
