Pullman Magic in Springtime

Square

For my story and location, I decided to focus on the WSU Football Crimson and Gray Spring Game 2022. I decided to tell the story of locating most of my photos in Martin Stadium but to also include images walking to the stadium from my apartment located on Greek row. I decided to also incorporate different days including different weather to end the story with my friends and myself at the game. This is a special event for the cougar community and can give previews for the future football season and excitement for the fall. This year future cougars, students, and alumni packed Gesa Field. The game started at 3 pm on Saturday April 24th, 2022. Butch, the Wasington State mascot also made an appearance in the stands to take pictures with fans. It is so important for the mascot to be involved in the community and also builds nostalgia for a common experience for children and adults alike. I wanted to capture the beauty of WSU campus as well as the excitement included within the stadium for the game.
