The Holiday Spirit

“Look for the Helpers” can be interpreted differently I chose to go a tree lighting celebration. My idea I had going to this event is the thought about seasonal depression. When the holidays come around and the days end early many people tend to get seasonal depression. Seasonal depression include oversleeping, appetite changes, weight gain, tiredness or low energy I think the tree lighting celebration is a way to not only help people who are dealing with seasonal depression or just people are feeling down because the holidays are just not a good time for people, the tree lighting celebration is a way to cheer spirits up and show the togetherness of the community

Not only does this help cheer people’s spirits there are donation opportunities for helping families of less fortune these donation opportunities aren’t only available during the event but the tree lighting celebration ceremony emphasizes the donation opportunities available.
