Helping Families In Need

Photos and Writing by Phillip Tusler

For my photo essay I looked at an issue that gains more awareness during the holiday season and that is families in need. Every year during the holiday we start to see food drives and toy drives pop up at different places around town. From schools to fire stations, from big companies to families everyone is trying to help those in need especially during the giving season. I went around Western Washington specifically in the Gig harbor, Tacoma and Black Diamond cities taking photos of all the different places that are hosting drives as their part in helping families in need.
