A Look Into Leadership
There are a variety of student leaders on our campus that impact our community and student body. With this project I wanted to focus in on Melody Huerta, who is the director of a leadership program at WSU. Most of her students just view her within her role as the director so this project gives an inside to look of her everyday life. I was able to spend the week with Melody and get a closer look at what her job entails as well as her everyday life. Spending time with her, I got to know what she values outside of her position and how it is represented in her leadership style.
