The process I went through in creating my photo essay is that a lot of people know who Michael Jordan is and he is remarkably one of the greatest basketball players of all time. But a lot of people fail to realize how the shoes he wore became iconic; it’s not because of him at all. It’s the people that make them Iconic; this is mainly a basketball type shoe to wear on the hardwood floor. As time went on people wore them for casual events, to workout in and even to go to prom in as well. So they are just a sneaker it’s the idea behind the shoes that make them who they are. Everyone or mostly everyone knows to some extent their first pair of shoes. I got my first pair of Jordan’s before I could even utter a word, they were the Jordan “Taxi” 12’s and I will never forget them till this day.
Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.
Is it the shoes?
Some people will never be able to fly, but for me its already happend.
He wore them to the All-Star game, why cant we all be stars you know?
Tip toeing in my Jordans.
I reach for my Air Jordans as I reach for the stars.
