Bedrooms are a safe place for many people to unwind and be truly themselves. Big or small, cluttered or minimal, messy or clean: rooms tell a story about the person living within those walls. Taking a closer look at what’s in a bedroom can show that how they decorate can answer more questions about a person than you’d think. Whether it be books, posters, clothes, colors, or more, everything is a piece to the puzzle of who that person really is. Being aware of all the subtle things in a person’s room can show their decorating choices mean more than meets the eye on a first glance.

An oversized denim jacket and robe hung on a closet door. This could show that the occupant like fashion, but also comfort.
