Spencer McCarty is the Music Director of a student-run radio station called KUGR at Washington State University (WSU). He represents a hard working student that also works for an organization that teaches students. The photos that were taken on his typical day as Music Director. Most of what he does is to make sure that KUGR music follows FCC ruling and also organizes and find new music. He also gives other Dick Jockeys an opportunity to find new music for the station by having a committee that picks music from the massive collection of music that the station has. McCarty represents a student that even though he has the responsibility of studying but also has time to do what he loves.
